Sontaga Manthlha is from Matipane village in Bolobedu. He worked for Telkom for 11 years as technician. For the last 9 years he is a  Shop Steward of communication at the workers union. He is currently the 1st Deputy President of the Communication Workers Union. He holds a Master of Business Administration and just finished program of Leaders in Digital Business at Wits Business School.
